Netscape Mail

Open Netscape Mail and click “Create a new account”

Choose “E-mail account” and click “Next.”

Enter your name and e-mail address for the account. Click “Next”

Choose “POP” and enter the incoming server name as pop.1and1.com Click “Next”.

Enter your mailbox number (Example: m36486491-75). Click “Next”

Give a name to the account. Click “Next”

Click “Finish”

You will be prompted for the password.

In order to send e-mails please follow these instructions.

Right click on the account you created and select “Properties”.

Select “Outgoing Server (SMTP)”. Change the port number to 587. Check the box near “User name and password”. Enter the mailbox number. Click “OK”.
